Oh Barf-rah! Hr wasn’t coming down after round 3. Push ups fell apart fast. Started each round with 8. Then tried 5 or 6 then a lot of 2’s and 1’s. Pull ups were 7-7-6 all rounds except last went 14-6. Abmats fine until last round, super slow. Squats were good until last round.
