Split it to 10 rounds 5 pull up 10 push up 15 squats Did first 6 rounds with no band on pull ups after that torn my hand pretty bad so I started using a band. Did the first 10 rounds all on my toes for push ups then did 7 on toes and 3 on knees, at round 15 split 5 toes 5 knees. I didnt PR my time but I did PR my pull up and push ups.
