First time ever doing this Rx'd!!! Ankle felt tight first round, then good on second and crap on the last run. Walked about 20 paces and starting running again. All KBS unbroken, 35#. Strength wraps helped with form. KB felt light today. Pull-ups were; 6-6, 6-6-, 6-3-3. So happy with this. I can't believe I didn't throw up during or after this! Crappy eating all weekend left me feeling really heavy!!!
