Last week I didn't know how I'd do 100 and I did it. This week I really didn't know how I was gonna do 110 for 5 and I did it!!! Huuuge struggle haha I was dying after each set. Back on my scapjack & shoulder mobility, felt much better. Definitely not gonna think about next week lol!
