Positives from today: I got 2 sets of 5 at 120! That's 5 pounds over my max from week 1. :) 3rd & 4th rounds got 3 reps (baarely) cause my stupid left arm kept breaking. And the last round I got 4. I'll take that. It can be easy to be discouraged especially with something you really really suck at. But I really am making progress with this, no matter how slow it is. Goal: to OHS without dying. This was a long post, I apologize. #EnjoyTheJourney
