Anything on the pull up bar sucked because my hands were way to cold to work properly. Pushed through it anyway. Might up the bands. Did some squats (9 total), but finished with good mornings. Debated waiting for the 9am class, but I pushed myself to come in at 8 instead. Gotta keep that routine.
