So hot at 4 pm. Bad day, been having headaches, crampy, last-minute decision to come at 4... blah, blah, blah. Need to focus on scooping my hips back under me when I'm coming back up. Lost the last rep of the 4th set halfway up, dumb. Had 1 minute left to try another set of 3 but I was over it. Next time.
