First dnf ever. Unbroken on 21's run was ok felt like I should have pushed harder. Came in at 4min and back stiffened up on first rep of 15's. Took forever to finish them sets of 3's. Took off on run and stopped at about 300m tried to start again but back was fried. Two reasons; Horrible form/Overweight!!! 2 things I can fix.
