This felt good! I wanted to see if I could get close to 2 repping my 1 rep max of 125 but I did 120 for 1 rep and just felt it not happening for a double...I was letting the bar get away from me a bit...so I just stayed at 115....this felt great...the last time I did this I couldn't get 115 up at all in the EMOM! #gainz
