Its time to move on, I did the Amateur program for 12 plus weeks..I stalled at a 3x5 @ 285 couldn't make my 5 reps two weeks in a row. Did a reset hit 255 and it felt heavy...so figured it was time to move to Collegiate. I started today with my BS 5x5 all same weight 225 is 80% of 280 my last successful 3x5. This was not too bad but no walk in the park either...it was as fast as I could make it but not a grind.
