SO cool to see how I've progressed since Feb!!! Fran was my second workout ever in this gym. For being sick these past 2 days and hardly eating, (EXCUSES) I'm super happy with this! Totally forgot how to thruster lol! On the round of 9 I started using my hips and exploding at the top and I wanted to start over cause it was so much easier! Agh. Next time :]
