Notes

Very irritated going into this. First 2 reps the bar slammed off my pelvic bone and that combined with the sweating everywhere I just struggled to stay focused. Need to not rush the warm up and hit a crap load of reps before starting this. Worked up and hit 4 or 5 squat snatches at 230# and held the bottom for 5-10 seconds. Felt good getting under the bar. Feeling very confident with this weight.
