Not a good session today. Got a bit frustrated and was all over the place. Legs and low back were fatigued from the 10 rep deadlift at 455 yesterday. However my catch felt super strong so I kept going up on single rep squat snatches and hit 245 easily. Happy with this. Need to build better consistency before going up. Maybe 4 rounds of the same weight before increasing next time.
