Very pleased with this session. Built up slowly and focus on speed under. Keeping it simple. Jump and catch. Keep it close. Had more in me today but focusing on slowly building. Caught them all in a partial squat rather than with really wide feet. Felt much better with that. Right shoulder was a little weird but felt fine as it went on. #kinnick #crossfitkinnick
