Started 10#s heavier than last time and ended with 2 successful rounds at 225. Core and hips are fried from the ghd row wod off of main site. Did this alone at 9am. Caught the reps at 230 and 235 but was in a squat so I just bailed it. Shoulder feeling a bit weird still but by the end if felt much better. I think I need more reps with light weight. Focused on good speed, jump&catch, keep it close. Building.
