I got worried when I did my 1 warm-up rep at 235, felt super heavy. The EMOM went well, though. Tried to really focus on Jake's cues to not bend my knees too early in order to keep the bar closer... both reps touch & go each round, 3 rounds @ 235#, and 3 rounds @ 240# (warm-up: 85 x 5, 125 x 5, 175 x 3, 215 x 2, 235 x 1)
