I'm ashamed to say... I thought about not coming today. I never think about skipping EMOM day. Just didn't feel like I had the focus or energy to lift heavy today, but I came... and I PR'd, ha -- Warm up felt ok. I've been stuck at pretty much the same #'s because I'm so close to my 1RM, but I said F* it and started 5 lbs heavier. 4 rounds at 245, then 1 round each at 247.5 and 250. Both reps touch & go all 6 rounds.
