Wasn't sure how much heavier I could go based on how heavy 235/240 felt 2 weeks ago. Was going to start at 235 again, but threw on an extra 5 lbs at the last second... 2 reps touch&go, 240# for 4 rounds, 245# for 2 rounds... They all felt good! :)
