Changed my strategy this time. Since the standard changed from "extension in air" to "control on the box" I decided to spend full 60 seconds at the PP instead of the BJ. Approximate reps: WB 20, SDHP, 20, BJ 30, PP 40, Row 11. Numbers went slightly down and moved around each round.
