That hurt. Row 4:03.9. Thrusters we’re better than usual. Quads felt good but shoulders were dying along with feet. Went 15-8-7-10-10. Pull ups were terrible! Was just thinking I haven’t worked them at all in awhile. Shows. Went 7-5-4’s for awhile. Ended with 3-3’s. Could’ve pr’d if pull ups weren’t crap
