Went with different strategy. Made for a tiny pr! Kept it at over 1k/cal first 500m then tried to hold over 900 but couldn’t hold it. Ended up keeping over 800. Knew I’d die so tried to go hard to start, die in middle and sprint last 200. Made it 150 and then died and just hung on. Butt and forearms are on fire 🔥 Solo at 9am
