Notes

These movements felt pretty good so I decided to do prescribed. Slow steady and unbroken on every movement. Last time I did this I was 7 weeks postpartum with Arlo. This time 23 weeks pregnant with baby tres. 🤰🏻 (*side note- excited to try this one again post baby and at least a few extra months postpartum..also wearing workout pants and not my work maternity pants 🤦🏻‍♀️)
