3 round PR!!!! Super excited about this and how things have been going lately! Push presses were unbroken until round 6 and then I had to break up a couple of rounds and then got another couple of rounds unbroken....kettlebell swings were unbroken and box jumps were mainly unbroken throughout the WOD....felt good and efficient....was shooting for 10 so I'm super excited about this!
