This felt good...I was dipping down too far on my push presses for a few rounds, which slowed me down....when Jake pointed that out and I changed my form, push presses went a whole lot faster....first round everything was unbroken...then I did my push presses in 5's and everything else was unbroken all the way through....I slipped twice on my box jumps but otherwise things felt good! PR!
