Crushed this. Everything unbroken. Wanted sub 10 minutes but was just too tired on last 2 runs. Muscle ups were solid and cleans not an issue. Splits - 1:48/1:56/2:01/2:14/2:11. Very pleased with this. Did my Back Squat & Shoulder Press before this.

    Did this at the Regionals and got 12:09. Killed it today. Big difference on my muscle ups. Full turnout and lock out on every rep. All power cleans unbroken. Went from rack to ground with no stop. Much faster.

    Did this at the 2010 Crossfit Games Southwest Regionals as my 3rd wod of the day. Not very happy with my performance. I struggled on the muscle ups. Forearms were trashed.
