Crushed this. Everything unbroken. Wanted sub 10 minutes but was just too tired on last 2 runs. Muscle ups were solid and cleans not an issue. Splits - 1:48/1:56/2:01/2:14/2:11. Very pleased with this. Did my Back Squat & Shoulder Press before this.
