Crushed this. Everything unbroken. Wanted sub 10 minutes but was just too tired on last 2 runs. Muscle ups were solid and cleans not an issue. Splits - 1:48/1:56/2:01/2:14/2:11. Very pleased with this. Did my Back Squat & Shoulder Press before this.

  • Did this at the 2010 Crossfit Games Southwest Regionals as my 3rd wod of the day. Not very happy with my performance. I struggled on the muscle ups. Forearms were trashed.

  • Did this at the Regionals and got 12:09. Killed it today. Big difference on my muscle ups. Full turnout and lock out on every rep. All power cleans unbroken. Went from rack to ground with no stop. Much faster.

  • All unbroken. Watch got all screwed up during a round it was stopped. Nick told me my time after I finished. Runs killed me. Muscle ups felt solid. Been up since 430am supposed to fly out but didn't. Stressed out and tired.

  • Every muscle in my body was burning. Kept focusing on staying in the moment and not worrying or thinking about the monsters that may or may not lie ahead. Been dealing with a tremendous amount of negative self talk last couple weeks during my workouts. Very very pleased with my performance today. Everything unbroken. Tough workout. Nose down and grind. Right knee was bothering me before the workout but felt fine during. Hit this solo at 1pm.
