Double Unders were terrible! Way out of sync. Jake and Andrew caught my flaw. Feet move out from under my hips on my jumps hands don't follow. I worked on it after the wod. Big difference! Will focus on this correction every chance I get. Sit ups were fast and unbroken! Happy about that.
