At the PD, W1 OT today... set a goal of 300, and wrote my previous #'s on the board as a target. Only got 53 pull-ups, 3 less than last time (blaming that one on the rough taped/shredded bars at work, hands were hurting). 42 push-ups (2 rep PR). 90 sit-ups (8 rep PR). 120 air squats (14 rep PR).
