3 reps less (total) than last time (Aug 2013) -- Goal was 56 pull-ups (7 each round), but fell short. Did 7 unbroken 1st round with time to spare, 4/3 rounds 2-4, then fell to 6/6/5/5... Didn't pay much attention to push-ups reps, just did as many as I could. Hit singles by 4th round. Sit-ups: 11/12/12/12/11/11/11/10. Air squats: 14/15/15/15/15/15/16/16
