Pretty stoked on this, felt great overall. Dips were hardest part, I can't kip for crap (gotta fix that) so basically did some dynamic looking strict dips the whole time haha. HSPU: 21 / 15s not sure / 4-5. Ring Dips: 5-5-5-6 / 4-3-4-4 / 3-3-3. Push Ups: 7-7-7/ 8-7 / 5-4.
