Hand stand push ups...beat me this time that's for sure. Really worked out the kip during the wod and felt comfortable with it so I just need to get more volume in with these. Had 10+ failed reps which didn't help. Dips and push ups werent bad but mostly because I had so much rest from trying to get through the hspu's.
