Heck yes! Big PR and weighing around 213 these days...Hit this alone on a Saturday night after a ton of pretty shoulder intensive accessory work. Was right about to start this with a very well thought out plan...then stopped right before go time and decided instead to just go all out and see what happens haha. HSPU felt awesome, ring dips better than they ever have and push ups not that great but I think that's because I was moving a lot faster through the other two. 21s done under 3 minutes...15s and 9s were rough but I will take this all day.
