#75 Pretty bad :( Legs were really sore from thruster WOD but decided to bite the bullet. Lost all my time on OHS. Weak movement for me and even with strength wraps the movement hurt my wrists more than normal. Used a wider grip just to see if that would help with my balance and just not letting the bar fall forward. Definitely a movement to add into my extra work!
