Very happy with this today! Run splits were 1:38/1:58/2:03/2:05/2:04. Would still like to see runs improve a bit especially in the turn around need to move faster. Shoulders felt very unstable first two rounds. Finally fell into a rhythm on the squats by the third round. Life time PR!
