first time doing FRAN at RX weight. Was moving slow on the weight. Need to work on hip movement on the thruster. Using too much arms and shoulders shot for the pull-ups. Struggled on the pull-ups ...really need to work on my kipping. Last round of pull-ups was doing strict pull more than kip...no bueno
