Evening workout with Kyal and Mike. Still hot outside. Did the first three runs fairly quickly, was feeling hungry for it, and was on for a 12m30s time. Then my lungs couldn't keep up, I started jogging like a high school girl and lost 45s per round. On the last round I picked the bar up in some kind of power snatch with press out and nearly dropped it. All unbroken though. No bar staring at all. Would do this again tomorrow, Nancy is a great workout, I'll sleep like a baby tonight.
