Can't be upset with a lifetime PR! Effort was 💯 too, held a 182 HR like the entire time. 9:58 out, 11:03 back. Definitely died on the way back, felt great to the half but got rough. All leg fatigue, breathing was definitely hard but stayed the same once it got up.
