Two goals: don't go bear mode and don't die. Started out super conservative and felt really efficient for about the first 4k. Felt myself losing it but got to that last straight away and was able to finish strong. 11:18 out and 11:22 back. Pleased with this. Heavier and way stronger than when I hit my fastest 5k so I will take it.
