Shoulders and triceps felt terrible going into this. Feeling really trashed from Saturday's wod still. Failed a lot of MUs today. Especially round 9...failed like 4 or 5 in a row. HSPU felt bad as welll. KBS were the only thing that felt okay today. Finished 7 rounds by the 10 min mark. Then my arms were just done. Forearms blew up. Need to remember to release on the way down in KBS. Blah. This is 2 rounds worse than my best and a round worse than last time.
