only 3 rounds (well, 2 reps shy of 3 rounds). horrible, bad wheezing from running with the crazy wind and my allergies being really bad = me not keeping my shoulders active = shoulder coming out of socket during an overhead squat. excruciating pain, will be out of commission for a little bit. felt really good on the first round. had 2 reps left in my 3rd round when shoulder dislocated, so I stopped. not exactly sure on the time. I will conquer you someday, nancy!
