first time doing this rx'd! i'm happy about that. sinus infection is coming on so i decided to workout while i still can. finally healthy enough to do OHS and run. pretty sure my runs were fast walks. OHS were unbroken. sun and heat and running just drains me. at least I did it? looking forward to doing it again and knowing what time to beat. totally defeated today.
