Notes

Did this on Thursday and went unbroken and got the same score I got 2 years ago.... So I did it again, broke up the thrusters, which allowed me to move more efficiently on the burpees and I PR'd! Talk about finding that dark place!! I told myself when I got to 9 that I had to just suck it up and speed up! From the beginning I immediately grabbed the bar after every round of burpees before my brain had a chance to reconsider! Overall I just felt better! Even though I went faster this time, I wasn't as winded as I was Thursday... Lesson learned, just because you can go unbroken it doesn't always mean you should! I went 12/9, 10/8, 9/6, 12, 9, 6, 3... Much love to Josh Kinnick for keeping me on pace...I seriously need this wod to go in the crossfit vault and never come out again haha
