OMG! Still in shock that I did this WOD again...but thankful that I had support and encouragement throughout the whole workout and I was able to PR! Big thanks to Nick and Hap for coaching me through and all the homies who came in to open gym today...I was seriously afraid that halfway through my body would just crash from the fatigue of doing it yesterday, even though the workout didn't seem as intimidating the second time around. I was just afraid that my muscles would fatigue....I surprised myself!
