Sub 15! Very happy with this...initially I wanted to break things up into bigger sets but I'm glad I talked with Jonathan and broke them up into smaller sets. I think starting out with smaller sets helped me to go unbroken later on and speed through the burpees towards the end. HUGE shotout to John Allaire for keeping me on pace and talking me through this! I did 6/5/5/5 for the 21 then 5/5/5/3 and then 5/5/5, the rest of the thrusters were unbroken....short breaks on the thrusters and went slow and steady on the burpees....started to speed up around the 9's and went much faster on the 6 and 3's....yay the Open is over! What an amazing experience this has been!
