Not sure what happened with the first attempt - said I did 0# weight. Did 100#, which surprised me greatly. Wasn't expecting it, especially after a 12 hour day and thinking I had 95# on the bar. Super happy with it, and super happy with not compromising neither strength nor flexibility.
