Pull-ups were kinda sucky today. Did a mix of butterfly and kip. Numbers were all over the place. Hand ripped on round 3. Push ups first 3 rounds were 7s,6s, and 5s. Last two rounds had some smaller sets in there. No singles. Sit-ups and squats unbroken.
