Subbed 20 hip extension for the squats. Pull-ups 2 sets unbroken. Then 17-3 but held on to the bar just lost momentum. Better than last time! Push ups first four rounds tried to stay with 3-4 big sets but last round was a bunch of small sets...died. Felt good overall.
