Goal was sub 4 on every round. Almost got it. Everything unbroken except push ups. Biggest set was 12 to start round 1 and then a kinda big sets in the beginning of round 2 as well. By rounds 4 & 5 they totally died. Did fast doubles. Next time break those up more from the beginning. Very happy with the push on this! Nice PR today!!! Last time doing this RXd was 23:25 so 4:40 gain today.
