Was on track to hit the same exact numbers for the 3rd time in a row. 180 felt really heavy today for the 2nd rep and was going to finish there, but decided last second to add 2.5#'s. It's pretty much the same, right?? NO. Got the 1st rep fine, but had to dump it on the 2nd rep. Only came back up about 2 inches before bailing.
