Exact same as last time... 2 reps per round: 175 x 2, 177.5 x 1, 180 x 3... per my notes from last time, I wanted to go to 182.5 and 185 for rounds 5-6, but it wasn't in the cards under today's circs. Next time. ** Didn't have time for 2nd EMOM or the mini-metcon.
