Never been a good workout for me (horrible at kipping my ring dips efficiently) so I'm pretty stoked on this 0:40 PR! Hit this solo, cleans unbroken easily, then played it safe on the dips and went 7-7-7 / 5-5-5 / 5-4. The last 3 sets were tough but felt good otherwise.
